Details: Rockwell Christmas Plate by FRANKLIN MINT. The first in a series of Christmas Sterling silver plates designed by Norman Rockwell in 1970. The plate has an eight inch diameter and weighs 6.5 ounces. It comes in its original Franklin Mint issued box with all of the accompanying paperwork. The plate has never been taken out of its original wrapper and looks just like it did the day it was issued.
